• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, email us at customersupport@wevend.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

💵 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

• We recommend using a tracked service.
